GETTING STARTED

Your guild.
A guided beginning.

Before setup, we learn how your team works. Here is the path to exploring Guild Platform and getting started with the right scope for your community.

01 / PREPARATION

Tell us what you want to improve.

To start setting up your guild, join our Discord community and open the channel #demos and share a little context:

  • Your guild's name and the game it plays.
  • Your role in the team: leader, officer or another responsibility.
  • How you currently coordinate events, requests or member support.
  • The task you would like to solve first.
Do not share credentials.

We do not need your Discord password, bot tokens or access keys to discuss a demo.

US$9.99 per month per guild. Includes Michi Events, Guild Platforms, and the portal, with setup guidance and support if you need help.

02 / SETUP AND TERMS

See it first. Then decide.

Explore the product on the website and follow this guide to get started. If you need a demo, we walk through both bots, the portal, and the features available for your game together.

  • We review what fits the way your guild operates.
  • We explain the scope, requirements and setup needed.
  • Confirm scope, price, and terms before subscribing. A demo is optional.

If you prefer to sign up right away and already have your guild's activation link, you can get Michi Events and Guild Platforms. After payment, we coordinate manual activation of both bots in #demos. Contacting us does not create an account or commit you to a subscription.

03 / ACCESS

Sign in with your Discord account.

Once your guild's access is ready, open the portal and sign in with Discord. Use the account associated with your community.

If you have several guilds

Check that you are working in the right community before viewing or managing its information.

If your guild does not appear

Ask your administrator or our team on Discord. Inviting the bot alone does not confirm that access is enabled.

The tools you see depend on your permissions, the game and enabled modules. Not everyone needs administration access.

04 / FIRST USE

Start with a real task.

During guided setup, we choose the first workflow that makes sense for your guild. If we start with events, this is the general path:

  1. Check the context. Confirm the guild, the game profile when applicable and the required permissions.
  2. Create the event in the portal. Define the activity using the options available for your guild.
  3. Review the Discord connection. Check the destination and enabled interactions together with the team.
  4. Check the member experience. Guide a guild member through participation and check what each role can see.
The portal for management. Discord for participation.

The workflow may vary by feature and game. During onboarding, we review which steps belong in each space.

We can also start with requests or tickets if that is the main problem you need to solve.

05 / HELP

If something does not fit, we review it.

When asking for help on Discord, explain what you were trying to do, which screen you were on and what happened. You can share a screenshot after hiding private information.

  • A tool is missing: it may depend on your permissions or the enabled configuration.
  • Your guild is not visible: check the Discord account you used and ask about access.
  • An old instruction does not match: follow the current portal workflow and ask before repeating actions.
